A 2’MAX is not public; it is only visible to recruiters subscribed to the platform and cannot be downloaded. The success of a 2’MAX is not related to the talent of the communicator who creates it, but to the alignment between the candidate’s speech and the expectations of the recruiter, regardless of the profession, whether it is creative or not. 

The main idea of 2’MAX is to allow companies to “meet” their candidates before planning their first interview. Get a first impression of them, their personalities as well as their motivations. An ideal 2’MAX is without a doubt one where the candidate is himself, sincere and expresses what he could bring the company besides the job expectations. 

Our platform is not a database to store resumes, even though it grows on a daily basis with every new 2’MAX. Your recruiter access will allow you to read all the 2’MAX that you will receive, on resumes, email or job boards. All the profiles that you viewed remain in your recruiter space with a research function to be able to find them quickly.

No 2’MAX is meant to complement the resume, expressing what can’t be said in it, like your personalities, your expectations. It does however replace the cover letter that many recruiters have already stopped reading. A resume, a 2’MAX along with a few lines in each mail sent is perfect  !
