Our candidates FAQ

Who can use the 2’MAX platform  ?

Anyone can use the platform, this allows candidates and companies to form a better relationship and discover each other in a simple clic. Once your 2’MAX is recorded on the plateform, you can send the link via email, or have an automatically generated PDF to put in your candidatures. You can also get a QR code to put on your resume or other documents you need ! 

Does a 2’MAX replace a resume ?

No, a 2’MAX will complement your resume by allowing you to express other things such as your personality or expectations for the future position. It will however replace the cover letter that many recruiters have already stopped reading. Your resume describes your past, your 2’MAX will let you describe yourself now and how you see the future. 

What is the difference with a video resume ?

It is very different, a 2’MAX is recorded directly on our platform, will last no longer than two minutes, and guarantees an identical format for all, compressed and without editing. A 2’MAX is not public, it is visible only by recruiters with an account on the platform. It cannot be downloaded. A good 2’MAX doesn’t have anything to do with the talent of the candidate making it, but rather the adequacy between what the candidate is saying and the company’s expectations. For every job, whether it’s for a creative job or not. 

 

What confidentiality ?

2’MAX only collects the data that is necessary to be able to use the platform, we commit to never sharing your personal data to others. The recorded videos are stored in France on a dedicated server. They are only visible by yourself and the companies you send your 2’MAX to. Your password is encrypted in our database as well, it can never be read by others. Your data is stored for 2 years after your last interaction with our services and your video profile could be erased after 1 year of inactivity. You can deactivate or remove your account from our plateforme at any time. Finally, we use only the strict minimum of cookies necessary to surf our website. If a company takes interest in you, it is your turn to shine by sending them your 2’MAX !
