Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 2 Minutes Max platform, for both candidates and professionals. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (T&Cs) govern access to the website www.2minutesmax.com and the application available at https://app.2minmax.com (collectively referred to as the “Application”), published by 2 MIN MAX, as well as the services provided through them.

Using the Application implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by any User, whether:

  • A visitor to the Site,

  • A registered user (Candidate or Professional).

The T&Cs are updated regularly. Users are encouraged to consult them with each use. Any substantial change will be notified for acceptance.

2. Definitions

  • Application: the digital platform developed by 2 MIN MAX, accessible at https://app.2minmax.com

  • Site: the institutional website www.2minutesmax.com

  • User: any person who has created an account on the Application, including:

    • a Candidate: an individual using the Application to present themselves in the context of a job search, internship, freelance mission, apprenticeship, or any other opportunity (e.g., admission, contest, call for projects, selection);

    • a Professional: a natural or legal person with a paid account who accesses candidate profiles for evaluation, selection, or recruitment purposes.

3. How the Application Works

For Candidates:

Candidates can:

  • Create a free or premium account,

  • Record a 2-minute video profile,

  • Share it via a URL, QR code, or PDF,

  • Modify, deactivate, or delete their profile at any time,

  • Choose a thumbnail from the video as a profile preview.

Free accounts allow for 1 profile. Premium accounts can create up to 4.

For Professionals:

Professionals must provide complete information (name, company, email, phone, and payment via Stripe) to use the platform.

They can:

  • View profiles sent via URL or QR code, without needing an access key,

  • Access a dashboard listing all viewed profiles,

  • Mark profiles as favorites, archive or delete them,

  • Use the platform in any selection process (recruitment, contest, project call, etc.).

⚠️ Professionals do not have access to a global candidate database. All data is encrypted.

4. Personal Data

2 MIN MAX places great importance on protecting your personal data.

5. Payments – Subscriptions

The service is:

  • Free for Candidates (except premium accounts),

  • Paid for Professionals and Premium Candidates (via subscription).

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the user dashboard. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically.

Free trials or pilot programs may be offered at the discretion of 2 MIN MAX.

6. Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

Users agree to:

  • Not publish false or illegal content,

  • Not misuse the platform,

  • Not impersonate anyone or access other users’ accounts,

  • Respect third-party rights,

  • Keep login credentials confidential.

2 MIN MAX Responsibilities:

2 MIN MAX acts as a technical intermediary. It does not guarantee any recruitment or selection outcomes.

Candidates remain fully responsible for their video content. 2 MIN MAX reserves the right to remove any content that violates these T&Cs or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements on the Site and Application (text, design, videos, brand, structure…) are the exclusive property of 2 MIN MAX or its partners.

Any reproduction or exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
